THE Appearance of Junior 


Junior's was a little baby that born with water on the brain.”  This had plagued him with a host of physical maladies, including a skinny body, his hands and feet were big, oversized head, poor eyesight, and a lisp. The doctors predicted he would die from complications of hydrocephalus his being born with excess spinal fluid on the brain. But, of course, Junior survived. The early condition, however, left Junior's with a lisp and stutter. He had too many teeth and had to have some removed, and he is far-sighted in one eye and near-sighted in the other. Despite these problems, when he was 14 years old, junior was an intelligent, intellectuals and relatively happy teen an intellectual, who appearance was different than other, he had glasses that are too large for his age. Even though, Junior was different than the others he had many strengths which made him strong and unique person. He was an artistic, he loved to draw he wanted to be a cartoonist because he want to talk to the world, and he wanted the world to pay attention to him. Another strength, Junior's that was a good basketball player. On the other hand, Junior's had weaknesses among them: He suffered of Hydrocephalic scapegoat and for this situation due to his bad appearance junior suffered bullying and he felt bad and tried to be away from everyone. In sum up, junior's despite his strange appearance was able to live and accept his life and made friends with Penelope and Rawdy who helped him at all times of the sad and difficult life of Junior's.

  2. His appearance is unusual compared to others, but that doesn´t mean that he should be treated in a rude way. And, the fact that that didn´t stop him to achieve great thingss was incredible! p.s. I like your blog!Great job.

  3. I like the fact that he is aware of his appearenace.He´s not a convetional beauty, but that is what makes him stand out from everyone. He uses his appeareance as inspiration for his cartoons and in a way he´s making himself famous.

  4. Well, we are all different and that is our esence as humans.Bullying is such a bad thing in the world. We do not have to descriminate people for anything either for appearance or culture, whatever. Discrimination is not allowed. And Junior was an incredible human being, he was very smart and overall a good person.

  5. It is an excellent book. I remember that when I read it I started to think about the different difficuls that many children have at school and sometimes we are not able to help them and then this troubles have many consequences in their futures as an adults

  6. I disagree with people who treat others for their appearance. Although Junior was a boy who suffered from various physical problems, that does not mean he had no feelings or dreams. As you mentioned before, Junior proved that he was capable of fighting for his dreams and pursuing them!

    I loved reading your blog.
    As we know, everybody is different and unique, I disapprove the behaviour of some people has relate to person as Junior's case. I consider all of us deserve respect not matter our physical appearance, economic status etc.
